Lost Legislation

Lost Legislation

What do we mean by lost legislation?

As we continue to research and share information, knowledge and experiences we are uncovering more and more 'lost legislation'. i.e legislation that has been fallen in to disuse, but has never been revoked or repealed or that has been deliberately hidden or suppressed from the British public, and is often, once highlighted to those in authority, that "it's no longer relevant" when it's very much still relevant and the corporations are riding rough-shod over it!

We have put together a few examples of legislation which is still relevant and pertinent, should we choose to use it:

Bill of Rights 1688 (Section 12) states:  "That all grants and promises of fines and forfeitures of a particular person before conviction are illegal and void." Robert De Critten High Court 2006. Not only was the Penalty Charge Notice dismissed but the establishment of the case law that the PCN itself was only valid if there was a right of appeal to a Court of Law.

Local Government Act 1888 s 79 (2) states:  Incorporation of County Council

"All duties and liabilities of the inhabitants of a county shall become and be duties and liabilities of the Council of such County."

This legislation is still valid today, but the Council try not to recognise it because they operate under a fictitious arrangement using 'legal fictions' - join our Swansea Common Law group to learn about your 'legal fiction' which has been set up to dupe you from the day you are born!

Trial By Jury: Did you know that under The Constitution you are legally permitted to ask for a 'trial by jury' for any offence of which you are being accused, where you are being taken to Court!?
