The Constitution

The Constitution

The importance of The Constitution can not be emphasised enough. Regardless of what you are told by Government sources or 'official propaganda institutions', the truth, which has been hidden from you, is that The Constitution drawn up in the Magna Carta 1215 is still in force. Yes, there have been amendments in so much as the Governments over the years have tried to create statutes from the Constitution, but the reality is that the people's powers, which have been deliberately hidden to impede your ability to hold the Government  to account, are still in existence... in law!  Why don't we know about this? Why don't we know our rights? Answer: Because you were never taught it, you haven't been educated in the subject and it conveniently plays into the hands of the corrupt and treasonous Government.

What is the solution to this? EDUCATION. Knowledge is power!

As a Group we have to come together to educate the masses, regardless of the cynicism we'll face. We already experience cynicism from those who believe, erroneously, that the their Local Authority are following the law in the collection of taxes. So we have to overcome this onslaught of denial and publish the truth and the proof which can make the public question the current way the Government operates and especially in relation to the erosion of our Unalienable Rights, which favours only the corrupt. So the first port of call is to read, learn and quote our Unalienable Rights. Below is a summary of your Unalienable Rights. Try learning one each day...

Constitution

How do we use The Constitution and enforce our Unalienable Rights?  By enforcing our rights!

Did you know that through Constitutional Law every individual has the power to insist on Trial by Jury, for every offence!?  Yes, even for a parking ticket, you can insist on a Trail by Jury as one of your Unalienable Rights through The Constitution. Of course the Magistrate will refuse such request but by being able to produce the appropriate 'legislation' you could force the Courts to comply or for the corrupt Magistrate to step down - a term we call 'recuse'. Can you imagine the chaos that would create? BUT it's a lawful fact. There are other eye opening powers too that the people hold that can blow the judiciary system wide open for change.

One other example of the Constitution which relates to Courts.

If a defendant is attending Trail by Jury*, then that Jury has TWO functions:

Function One is to determine whether or not the defendant is innocent or guilty, and

Function Two is to determine if the law by which the defendant stands accused is 'fair and honest'.

What are the ramifications of this? It means that a defendant who has admitted his/her guilt can still be found not guilty if the jury determine that the law under which the defendant was brought to Court is inappropriate. Further, it is NOT the Judge or Magistrates who should be determining the sentencing but it is the Jury's job to do such a task. Again, imagine the chaos in Court if you stand by this and force the Court to adopt these laws!? But our Unalienable Rights permit us to seek justice in this way and to force the Courts, Judge and Magistrate to comply.

*Care - Trial by Jury and Jury Trial are two different things and we the people should only ever agree to a Trial by Jury
